Usage rights and terms, stated plainly.
Every project is covered by the same terms, shown here in full, so nothing is left to assumption.
Organic usage, included by default
The brand may post the content on its own owned social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, its website, and WhatsApp Business catalogue, for an unlimited time, organic reach only, with no paid promotion. Gita retains the right to display the same content in her own portfolio unless a portfolio exclusion has been separately agreed and paid for.
Paid usage or whitelisting
The brand may run the content as paid advertising for a defined period, thirty, sixty, or ninety days, priced as an addition to the base rate. Usage beyond ninety days requires renewal or a full buyout.
Exclusive buyout
The brand may acquire full and exclusive ownership. The content is removed from the public portfolio and is not reused or resold.
Revisions
One round is included per video. Additional rounds are available at a stated fee.
Delivery timeline
Standard delivery is three to five working days from a confirmed brief and receipt of the product. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Payment
Single projects require a fifty percent deposit before production and the remainder on delivery. Retainer contracts are billed monthly in advance.
Ownership
Gita retains copyright and portfolio display rights on all content unless an exclusive buyout has been purchased.
Cancellation
Once production has started, the deposit is not refundable.
Usage tier and duration are stated on every invoice and order confirmation. If not specified, organic use only applies by default.
