Terms, stated plainly before you book.

Revisions

One round of revisions is included with every booking. From the second round onward, additional revisions are billed at the standard revision rate.

Reshoots

A reshoot is free of charge when it is caused by an error on Gita's side, such as a visible product misrepresentation or a missed requirement from the original brief. A reshoot is billed as a new session at full rate when it is caused by the client, such as a brief change after filming, an incorrect product sent, or a new direction requested after the shoot date.

Delivery approval window

Each delivery has a 3 business day window for the client to review the content and request revisions. If no response is received within that window, the delivery is considered approved and final.

Deposit and cancellation

A 50 percent deposit is required before filming begins. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels at any point after payment and before delivery.

Usage rights

Usage rights are governed separately from the base fee and are always disclosed at the point of quote. Every booking falls under one of three tiers, organic usage included by default, paid usage or whitelisting for a defined campaign period, or an exclusive buyout of full ownership. The applicable tier and duration are stated on every invoice and order confirmation.

These five terms apply to every booking. Confirming a project means confirming agreement to all of them.
