How long does a video take to deliver
Standard delivery is three to five working days from a confirmed brief and receipt of the product. Rush delivery under 48 hours is available for an additional fee.
How many revisions are included
One round of revisions is included with every video. Additional rounds are available for a small fee, agreed before the project starts.
Can content be delivered in both Indonesian and English
Yes. This is priced as a bilingual order, using the same shoot with two finished, edited versions, rather than a translated caption on one video.
Is there a minimum commitment
No, single projects are available with no ongoing commitment. Three month and six month contracts are available for brands wanting a locked rate and a steady content pipeline.
